Famello ("Famello", "we", "us", "our") is a family organisation application. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through the Famello mobile application and website located at famello.com.

2.2 Child Accounts: For child profiles created by parents, we collect only a display name and age range. We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, or detailed personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with COPPA.
2.3 Usage Data: We collect data about how you use the app, including tasks created, messages sent within family groups, and calendar events. This data is used solely to provide and improve the service.
2.4 Device Information: We collect your device type, operating system, and app version to provide technical support and ensure compatibility.
2.5 Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store credit card or payment details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data only for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Famello service
- To authenticate users and maintain account security
- To enable family communication and task management features
- To send service-related notifications and updates
